The service provides an AI-assisted product discovery widget for Shopify stores. Merchants are responsible for reviewing the app configuration, product information, customer-facing wording, and suitability of AI-generated responses.

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Plan changes, renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds are subject to the approved Shopify charge and the terms displayed during billing approval.

Abusive use, attempts to bypass usage limits, unlawful content, and interference with the service are prohibited. Service availability is not guaranteed during maintenance or third-party outages.
