This app stores the merchant’s Shopify shop domain, app authentication sessions, selected subscription plan, chatbot settings, and aggregate AI usage records needed to provide and secure the service.

The app reads product information to provide storefront product recommendations. It does not intentionally store Shopify customer records, order records, payment-card data, or storefront chat message content.

Service providers may process infrastructure logs and AI requests solely to operate the service. Merchant data is retained while the app is installed and is deleted following Shopify’s shop redaction request, except where retention is legally required.
